The DorseyCard Bill

Those who received the DorseyCard Credit Card in 1992 were probably quite surprised to receive this Billing Statement two years later. A reply envelope is provided for response, and the top of
the statement may be torn off. The statement is complete with itemized charges from supposed vendors in the recipients home town. Charges appear from all types of businesses; "Gold, Frankincense & Myrrh, Legal Services", "Nutcracker Suites, Lodging", "Not a Creature was Stirring, Automated Bakery", etc. Each of the 12 statement variations features 14 assorted charges. In all cases, the balance due is horrendous... and overdue!
